By creating an account or otherwise using Auto Schedule Pilot ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
2. Description of the Service
Auto Schedule Pilot is a SaaS platform that allows users to connect their social media accounts, generate AI-assisted content, and schedule and automatically publish posts, videos, and reels to Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and Twitter/X using each platform's official API.
3. Eligibility & Accounts
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. User Responsibilities
- You must comply with the terms of service, community guidelines, and developer policies of every social media platform you connect, including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and X.
- You are solely responsible for the content you upload, generate, schedule, or publish through the Service.
- You must own or have the necessary rights to all content you publish through the Service.
- You must ensure that your use of the Service does not violate any law or third-party rights, including intellectual property and privacy rights.
5. API Usage & Platform Disclaimer
The Service uses the official APIs of Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and X. We are an independent product and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc., Google LLC, TikTok Ltd., or X Corp. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.
Each social platform may change, restrict, or revoke API access at any time. If a platform changes its API or policies, certain features of the Service may be modified, limited, or discontinued without prior notice.
6. Account Suspension by Social Platforms
Social platforms may, at their sole discretion, restrict, suspend, or terminate your account based on their own policies. We are not responsible for any restrictions, suspensions, shadow-bans, reach reductions, content removals, or terminations imposed by any third-party platform on accounts that you connect to the Service.
7. Prohibited Content & Conduct
You may not use the Service to create, schedule, or publish content that:
- Is illegal, defamatory, fraudulent, or violates the rights of others.
- Constitutes spam, deceptive engagement, or coordinated inauthentic behavior.
- Promotes hate speech, harassment, violence, terrorism, or self-harm.
- Contains sexual content involving minors or any non-consensual content.
- Infringes copyright, trademark, or other intellectual-property rights.
- Distributes malware, phishing links, or attempts to compromise the security of any system.
- Violates the policies of the destination social platform.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, with or without notice.
8. AI-Generated Content
AI-assisted features (titles, captions, descriptions, hashtags) are provided as suggestions. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content for accuracy, appropriateness, and compliance with each destination platform's policies before publishing.
9. Subscriptions, Payments & Refunds
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future billing but does not entitle you to a refund of fees already paid except where required by law. Pricing, features, and quotas may change with reasonable notice.
10. Service Availability
We strive to keep the Service available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, third-party API outages, or events beyond our control.
11. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Auto Schedule Pilot and protected by intellectual-property laws. You retain all rights to the content you upload. By using the Service to publish your content, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Auto Schedule Pilot and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, accounts, followers, reach, revenue, or goodwill, resulting from:
- Your use or inability to use the Service.
- Any action taken by a social platform in relation to your connected account.
- Any content published through the Service.
- Failures, delays, or errors in any third-party API.
Our total aggregate liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Auto Schedule Pilot from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or any third-party rights.
14. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Auto Schedule Pilot is established, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
